On Wednesday, October 20, 2021. my brother Mark, surrounded by family, peacefully passed into the arms of the Lord. Our family is deeply saddened by his passing and we will miss him greatly. His passing came unexpectedly as he didn’t reveal the extent of his illness to us. Those that knew Mark knew him as an outgoing, fun-loving, adventurous, loud person. He could be a stubborn butthead, but we still loved him. This time, we get the last word. Many of you know that Mark moved to Utah in 1978 at the request of the State of California. After driving for CR England and Pride Trucking, he bought his own truck and became an owner-operator truck driver which he did very successfully until his retirement in 2017. For many years, Mark asked us to relocate to Utah. In 2013, our family’s exodus from California began. First my sister, then a year later my wife, eldest daughter, my granddaughter and I moved to southern Utah. We still have a brother in Orange and my daughter and her husband in La Habra to get moved here and then Mark’s dream will be complete. Mark and I enjoyed golfing at least twice a week, went out trail riding in our side-by-sides, enjoyed weekly lunch outings and tried to spend as much time together as we could stand.

Mark befriended me in High School as I appreciated the understanding as I wasn't part of his "group" but we got along .. his kindness I can remember to this day
