GGHS 1968-1972 MAIN STREET REUNION CUSTOM DINNER MENU

1.Grilled Chicken Fajitas sauteed with bell pepper and onions, served with rice and beans.  Flour or corn tortillas upon request.  Flan dessert.  Or, 

2.Chile Verde succulent pork with green chilis in a spicy broth. This is an original family recipe and an Azteca favorite, served with rice and beans.   Flan dessert.   

1.Baby Back Ribs, served with choice of sweet potato or regular french fries with Ranch dressing, and peanut cole slaw.  Mixed berry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream dessert.  Or,

2.Applewood Smoked Pork Loin Dip Sandwich Au Jus, served with choice of sweet potato or regular french fries with Ranch dressing, and peanut cole slaw.  Mixed berry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream dessert.

 

1.Sirloin Steak, served with rice, vegetables and fresh dinner salad,  with choice of Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Honey Mustard, Ranch or Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.  Choice of apple or cherry pie dessert. Or,

2.Parmesan Patty Melt Burger, french fries and fresh dinner salad, with choice of Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Honey Mustard, Ranch or Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.  Choice of apple or cherry pie dessert.

                                      

1.Grilled 5 oz Beef Medallion served with seasonal grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.  Homemade Baklava dessert.  Or,

2.Grilled Chicken Breast served with grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. Homemade Baklava dessert.

 

 

1.Four Cheese Lasagna; sauteed ground beef and Italian seasonings layered with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and cottage cheeses over al dente noodles and rich Italian marinara sauce. Served with toasted garlic cheese bread and classic romaine salad topped with green peppers, black olives, onion and fresh grated mozzarella cheese.  Choice of Italian, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, or Vinaigrette dressing.  Tiramisu dessert.  Or,

2. Eggplant Parmesan (vegetarian): fresh breaded eggplant layered with rich Italian marinara sauce, sliced onion and green peppers, topped with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.  Served with toasted garlic cheese bread and classic romaine salad topped with green peppers, black olives, onion and fresh grated mozzarella cheese.  Choice of Italian, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, or Vinaigrette dressing. Tiramisu dessert. 

1.Grilled Pork Chop served with sweet potato mash and cole slaw.  Green tea creme brulee dessert. Or,

2.Grilled Mahi Mahi served with rice pilaf, sauteed vegetables, and mango salsa.  Green tea creme brulee dessert.

1.Homemade Meat Loaf served with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, fresh dinner roll and dinner salad with choice of Raspberry Vinaigrette or Ranch dressing.  Your choice of fresh fruit tart or chocolate napolean dessert. Or,

2.Chicken Picatta, boneless lemon chicken breast served with rice pilaf, vegetable medley, fresh dinner roll and dinner salad with choice of Raspberry Vinaigrette or Ranch dressing.  Your choice of fresh fruit tart or chocolate napolean dessert.
